Mike was our real estate agent for a property we closed on in June. This was my wife and I’s first time buying property and I wish we had a better experience. We never actually met Mike or really talked with him, he walked us through the buying process through a zoom call. We mostly dealt with his assistant, Shelby, who started out great, responsive, and accommodating. However, once we got a lot picked out and an offer in on the land we purchased, all of that went away. We felt lost through the process and were unable to get answers to our questions in a timely manner, if at all. After reading Mike’s reviews it seems most of his sales are secondary homes for the wealthy. If that’s you, maybe he’s your guy, but if you’re a regular person just trying to get into the market, chances are you’ll end up on the back burner. My parents were using him to sell their home and asked us to wait to post our review until their contract with him expired. The felt much the same as we did throughout the selling process
